After the first week of use, the conversation in the halls when I saw athletes became “what are we going to do in HOPSports today?” This system was fun for the athletes but it was nothing for their legs to be shaking and abs aching at the finish of the session.HOPSports was also used by boy’s soccer during their season when bad weather shut down practice. I just moved it to the only place available, a long hallway, set up ladders and practice was back on schedule.”

"I know this may sound too good to be true, but it's true. The HOPSports system has changed our curriculum and it is Standard-Based. My administration loves this program, especially when my Adaptive PE class uses it. Pretty incredible. Here is our school website to give you an idea on what we have accomplished. Remember, this all started with HOPS.A few years ago, we had nothing, I mean nothing. The first product that we implemented is the HOPSports program. This is the center of our curriculum. Every PE teacher uses it daily. On rainy days, we have three classes of 50 at one time using it. That's 150 students working out. You try and find me another product that can do that. You can't."

“We love using the HOPSports system with our Adaptive class which we have everyday for 55 minutes! We have approximately 25 adaptive students ranging in different disabilities that come to us with 35 8th graders that serve as PEST's (Physical Education Student Teachers) that help our adaptive kids. Our 8th graders pair up with our adaptive kids as mentors and help them through the different sport skills or aerobics, yoga, pilates, or ladder drills associated with the HOPSports system. We have seen huge success with both groups - our adaptive kids and our 8th graders as they learn from each other and great cooperation skills are developed and formed working closely together to achieve success while performing skills! It is probably our favorite way we found to use out HOPSports System!“
