Social and health messages in the form of PSA’s are incorporated into the lesson plans addressing relevant issues currently confronting today’s youth.

Keeping in line with the HOPSports mission statement (To improve the health of America’s youth by implementing our unique training program, which encourages fitness and delivers important societal messages in a cost-effective manner), we embed messaging contributes to overall youth health, fitness and well-being.
