
The HOPSports Training Library Overview
The Training Library consists of original HOPSports lessons in addition to material from our training partners who are experts in their respective fields. HOPSports introduces students to a vast array of routines to keep exercise fresh, fun and effective.
The HOPSports fitness video library contains lesson plans which promote education and essential skills necessary for all students to maintain physically active and healthy lifestyles. We understand that as children grow their skill sets change. Our content is customized to fit the development and requisite needs of elementary, middle and high school-aged students. For each targeted age group competency in motor skills and movement patterns are introduced that are fun and engaging yet challenging.
The video content depicts sport-specific training modules designed to develop the basic skills of baseball, basketball, dance, football, golf, swimming, tennis, volleyball and more. HOPSports and the Stuntmen's Association teamed up to create a swordfighting routine as well as a choreographed stunt fight.
The HOPSports Training Library offers a completely functional and safe workout for participants of all ages and skill levels. The system focuses on training that will improve health, skills, knowledge and social and psychological well-being.
